Subscription Terms
Clear, public-facing policy information for how Sinoa operates, how your data is handled, and how to use the product responsibly.
1. Offering and Purchase Disclosures
SINOA currently offers one paid package to new subscribers: SINOA monthly at a United States list price of US$8.99 per month. Free and eligible seven-day Trial account states are not paid subscriptions and do not automatically convert to paid. Earlier paid-package names are not available for a new purchase. The purchase screen shows the provider-supplied price, currency, monthly billing interval, features, renewal terms, and provider before payment. The price displayed and accepted by you at checkout controls. A new billing cadence, price, or paid offering requires updated purchase disclosures, provider and store reconciliation, a new immutable legal version, and approval before it may be offered.
The Data Retention Policy version 2026-08-27-candidate.1 (SHA-256 51413ab89629b9aa983ae514d5b54b3d127f23a38247525af2aa66e72fd01c6b) and Account Deletion disclosure version 2026-08-27-candidate.1 (SHA-256 77ed8d32398710b0f283adeab77d0517a44854fe42cbff08714b4508f67719ae) are incorporated into these Subscription Terms.
2. Trial
An eligible new account may receive a seven-day account-level Trial with up to seven accepted uploads, normally one per day, and seven-day retained results. The account-level Trial does not automatically convert to paid or authorize a charge. A store or checkout promotion may have separate conversion terms shown before purchase.
3. Recurring Billing and Renewal
SINOA subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe, Apple App Store, or Google Play. You authorize the provider to charge the recurring amount displayed at checkout and applicable taxes until cancellation. SINOA currently renews monthly unless canceled before renewal. Existing higher-price monthly subscriptions will be reduced to the US$8.99 monthly price through the applicable provider-supported process. Provider rules control the effective renewal date and any notice or consent that may be required; the price and renewal state displayed by the provider control until that change takes effect.
4. Usage and Retention
The paid SINOA subscription currently provides unlimited uploads subject to abuse, security, technical, and rate protections. A historical limited entitlement may continue to include up to 15 accepted uploads per monthly usage cycle while that entitlement remains valid, but it is not available for a new purchase.
An accepted invalid, unsupported, incomplete, duplicate, or low-quality upload may consume an applicable usage allowance. No automatic credit or refund is issued solely because an upload does not produce a full Pattern Summary. Current retention is described in the incorporated Data Retention Policy.
5. Cancellation
Cancel before renewal to prevent the next charge. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Deleting SINOA does not cancel Apple or Google billing. SINOA requests Stripe cancellation at period end before successful paid-account deletion. Account access ends immediately after deletion even when store-paid time remains.
- Stripe subscriptions are managed through the SINOA billing portal.
- Apple subscriptions are managed at https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
- Google subscriptions are managed at https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
6. Failed Payments, Grace Periods, and Store Holds
A provider may retry payment or place a subscription in grace, past-due, hold, paused, or expired status. Access may continue temporarily or become limited based on verified provider state. Resolve payment issues through the provider.
7. Offering and Price Changes
Provider disclosures control price changes, migration, proration, credits, and effective dates. We may use a provider-supported process to reduce an existing subscriber's recurring price to US$8.99 per month, effective no earlier than the next renewal shown by the provider. We provide legally required notice before any material price or renewal change and obtain provider acceptance when required. We do not silently cancel, increase the price of, or remove paid access from a historical subscription outside the applicable provider process.
8. Refunds
Except where required by law or expressly granted, fees are nonrefundable and partial-period refunds are not provided. Apple and Google process store refunds. Stripe refund requests may be sent to security@rhythmiqi.com. Mandatory refund rights remain unaffected.
9. Taxes and Provider Terms
Displayed prices may exclude taxes unless checkout says otherwise. Providers may calculate, collect, and remit taxes. Provider terms also apply. RhythmIQ does not store full payment-card or store-account credentials.
10. Changes
Material changes are prospective, published as a new immutable version, and presented for renewed acceptance when required.
