Account Deletion

Delete Your SINOA Account

In the mobile app, open Settings → Privacy & data → Delete account. Type DELETE and complete any subscription warning. If you cannot access the app, email security@rhythmiqi.com from the account email. We may verify ownership.

Subscription Warning

Deleting SINOA does not cancel Apple App Store or Google Play billing. For an active Stripe subscription, SINOA requests cancellation at period end before successfully deleting the paid account. If cancellation fails, the account and data remain intact so you can retry.

Deletion ends SINOA access immediately. Remaining store-paid time cannot be used after deletion and a refund is not automatic.

What Is Deleted

Account deletion removes supported live account and health data, including ECG uploads, Pattern Summaries, Pattern History, Trends, comparisons, notes, shares, synced diagnostics, sessions, authentication identities, and support-access requests.

What Is Temporarily Retained

For two years after deletion, SINOA retains pseudonymized evidence of accepted legal documents, dispute opt-outs, deletion completion, and minimal billing history needed for contract, charge, refund, and liability-cap disputes. It may include document version and hash, acceptance time, provider, offering, amount, currency, paid period, refund/cancellation state, and hashed provider references.

This evidence excludes name, email, address, payment credentials, raw account identifier, ECGs, Pattern Summaries, patterns, medical conclusions, notes, shares, and other health-derived content. It is automatically deleted after two years.

Backups and Provider Records

Encrypted backups expire through normal rotation and may not disappear at the same time as active data. Stripe, Apple, Google, financial institutions, and other parties may retain their own transaction records under their policies and legal obligations.
