App End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Sinoa app, website, and related services for personal, lawful use in accordance with these terms.

2. Restrictions

  • Copy, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app without written permission.
  • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
  • Use the app as a substitute for professional medical judgment, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care.

3. Educational Use Only

Sinoa is an educational tool designed to help you understand patterns in ECG recordings and support conversations with a clinician.

Sinoa does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice.

The Service is not a medical device and is not intended for emergency use.

If you experience severe symptoms, seek immediate medical attention.

You agree not to rely on the Service for medical decisions.

4. Recording Limitations

Some recordings may be incomplete or shorter than the recommended duration.

  • Full Pattern Summaries are only generated from recordings that meet required signal and duration criteria.
  • Shorter or partial recordings may display waveform previews or limited segment-based pattern checks.
  • These limited outputs are not equivalent to a full Pattern Summary.
  • Partial, too-short, invalid, or legacy recordings may be excluded from trend summaries and comparisons.

5. Third-Party Data and Devices

Sinoa depends on recordings generated by third-party devices.

We do not control or guarantee the quality, accuracy, or completeness of data captured by those devices.

The Service may also display, process, or transmit content that comes from you, your care team, third-party device makers, third-party platforms, or other sources you authorize.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, share, or connect any ECGs, PDFs, images, reports, or other content you provide through the Service.

6. Availability and Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided as is and as available to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We make no guarantees regarding availability, performance, accuracy, or applicability of results.

To the extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligations with respect to the app.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RhythmIQ Insights LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, health-related outcomes, or reliance on the Service.

8. Account and Service Protection

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service at our discretion to:

  • Protect system integrity.
  • Investigate misuse or abuse.
  • Enforce these terms.

9. Data and Deletion

Data handling practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

Deletion requests apply to active data and may not immediately apply to backups or system logs.

10. Third-Party Terms

If you access or download Sinoa through the web, Apple App Store, Google Play, or other third-party platforms, their terms may also apply.

11. Apple App Store Terms

This Agreement is between you and RhythmIQ Insights LLC, not Apple Inc.

Apple Inc. is not responsible for the app or its content.

RhythmIQ Insights LLC is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the app. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support.

RhythmIQ Insights LLC is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability, regulatory compliance, and legal requirements.

RhythmIQ Insights LLC is responsible for investigating and resolving any intellectual property infringement claims related to the app.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including export control laws.

Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce it.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
