1. Full, Partial, and Too-Short Recordings

Sinoa works best with a complete qualifying recording. When a recording is shorter or incomplete, Sinoa may still show useful context without treating it like a full result.

  • Full recording: eligible for a full Pattern Summary and standard trend use
  • Partial recording: may show limited segment-based evidence from the complete segments available
  • Recording too short: may show waveform preview only
  • Invalid recording: could not be processed reliably due to signal or format issues

2. Trend and Comparison Scope

Full Pattern Summaries require a complete qualifying recording. Shorter or incomplete recordings may still show waveform previews or limited segment-based evidence, but they are excluded from standard trends and full-summary comparisons.

3. No Fake Completeness

Sinoa does not pad, tile, or otherwise treat a shorter recording as if it were a complete 30-second recording.
